Each of the five streets in our neighborhood has a street captain. This person is responsible for:
- Watching construction and remodelling on their street to ensure that it comforms to our CD ordinance
- Being available to their neighbors as a resource for explaining the ordinance and helping navigate through the city bureaucracy for permits
- Handing out newsletters and flyers
- Promoting neighborhood participation
